Returns

Returns and exchanges are made in our Go! Toys, Games & Calendars stores. Merchandise must be unopened and in salable condition.

With a receipt (up to 30 days): Refund or exchange for the purchase price to the original form of payment.

Without a receipt (or receipt older than 30 days): Exchange only for the current discounted price of the product. No refunds.

With a gift receipt: Exchange only for the original purchase value. No refunds.

Holiday purchases: Purchases made between December 26 and December 31 are eligible for exchange only.

Cash refunds: Cash refunds over $200 are issued by check from our home office.
